Fast Feet
6 run throughs, 3 sets, 30 secs rest in between
Tri-Set 1
1A) 30 secs alternating
1B) 10 reps
1C) 30 secs alternating
Tri-Set 2
2A) 30 secs reps per side
2B) 10 reps per side
2C) 5 reps
Tri-Set 3
3A) 5 reps per side
3B) 30 secs per side
3C) 5 reps
x 2 or 3 sets depending on level, perform all sets before moving onto next tri-set.
Add load to "B" exercises if required, aiming for RPE 8/10 by final rep.
